For each resource (document, holdings, item or patron), a button allows you to view the operation history. This window lists all modifications made to the resource.

- Operation: CREATE for the resource creation or UPDATE for an edit
- Operator:
systemfor automatic edits or librarian's name and library
For optimisation and performance reasons, the detailed version history (to find out which fields have been modified, or to restore a previous version of the resource) is not retained. This feature is costly in terms of server resources, and would have a considerable impact on the application's responsiveness. Should the need arise, daily backups can still be used to recover data (contact your RERO ILS administrator).
